By booking or using services, the client agrees to the following:

1. Copyright Ownership
All images remain the exclusive property of the Photographer and are protected by U.S. copyright law.

2. License Grant
The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images solely for marketing the specific property while it is actively listed for sale or lease.

3. Restrictions on Use
Images may not be sold, transferred, or given to third parties (including other agents, homeowners, builders, or stagers) without written permission from the Photographer.

4. License Duration
The license automatically expires when the property is sold, rented, or the listing agreement is terminated.

5. Reuse & Re-licensing
The Photographer reserves the right to reuse, license, or sell the images to other parties, including future listings, property owners, or for promotional purposes.
